Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time 

Unless otherwise noted on the website, all orders are processed within in a timely after receiving your order confirmation email, typically two business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Options may vary depending but typically include the following for domestic shipping: UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Ground, UPS Standard, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express. All rates are determined by the carrier selected based on shipping destination with an origin of Tucson, Arizona, USA. International shipping is not currently available. Additionally, there is a handling fee for any item shipped.

3. Delivery Delays

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders. These are governed by the carrier.

4. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order using the link provided.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

kmh expressions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
